Take your family or friends on a lovely bike ride along “Bolman” between Halland and Småland. The tour of Halland’s closest wilderness begins in Halmstad. After cycling for about an hour, you will arrive at Simlångsdalen, where lunch will be served at the restaurant Tallhöjden and you will be treated to an excellent afternoon coffee and treat. The bike tour will continue on small roads in towards Småland, around lakes and back to Tallhöjden. Here you will find a cosy place to stay, dinner and a good night’s rest.

Book Tallhöjden’s relaxing fishing package at the Vinnalt recreational fishing centre. Check in during the morning at Tallhöjden, then get together for instructions in the barbecue tent at Vinnalt. Fish until lunchtime, then grill and enjoy your catch. Fish some more during the afternoon and sip on complementary hot beverages. Back to the barbecue tent at 7 pm for a 3-course gourmet dinner prepared by Tallhöjden chef Henrik.
Spend the night in a wilderness cabin at Tallhöjden. After breakfast, meet Jocke from Vinnalt, who will teach you everything you always wanted to know about fly-fishing. Finish off with a lunch as Tallhöjden.

After check-in, get together in the wine cellar to learn more about food and wine. Taste, sip and work up an appetite for a cooking class. Around 5 pm you will begin preparing dinner in the kitchen of the restaurant, along with creative table setting and decoration, while wine tasting continues.
