Game delicacies in a beautiful setting
Olsson Vilt enjoys a historic and beautiful setting just outside Knäred. The farm shop sells high-quality game products from its own slaughterhouse, everything from game sausages to wild boar meatballs, as well as other delicacies such as preserves, juices, honey and mustard. There are opportunities nearby for walking, cycling, canoeing and fishing in a peaceful and beautiful setting.

Shops, food and drink
The farm shop sells game products from its own slaughterhouse, such as game, game sausages and ready-cooked meatballs made from wild boar. Ready-to-serve baked Christmas wild-boar hams can be ordered in the winter.
The shelves are also stocked with preserves, juices, honey, marmalade, mustard, sausages for grilling and pickled herring. Ice cream, soft drinks and elk-based souvenirs for sale too.
Directions
From the E6, take exit 43 Halmstad S/Markaryd and follow road 117 towards Markaryd. After Skogaby, before Knäred, turn right for “Viltbutik” and Timmershult, and continue for approx. 3 km.
Alternatively, from the E6 take exit 41 Mellbystrand/Laholm/Hässleholm and drive towards the centre of Laholm then along the River Lagan. Cross the Lagan by the Eon power station then immediately turn right towards Skogaby. Turn right at the sign for “Viltbutik” and Timmershult, and continue for approx. 6 km.
