Charlottenlund seeks to provide a total experience in terms of taste, setting and the welcome you receive. The aroma of freshly baked bread and the flavour of a generous portion of pesto are a good place to start. Vegetables freshly picked from the kitchen garden served with a dressing of white-wine vinegar, dates, French mustard and the finest Italian olive oil are a taste sensation. Sirloin steak from our own Highland Cattle melts in the mouth, teamed with a root vegetable gratin and a good Chianti. And raspberry panna cotta with a dollop of whipped cream rounds off the meal perfectly.

Accommodation
Charlottenlund has a total of 21 beds, with all the rooms having their own character. Two of the rooms have bunk beds. WCs and showers are close at hand, and all sanitary facilities are of the highest standard. There is a sauna in ‘Hvilan’. TVs are available in communal areas, and there is wireless coverage throughout the facility.
All the buildings date from the 19th century and have been sensitively renovated. Guests will feel themselves just a heartbeat from a lost age.
Directions
From the E6, take exit 45 Halmstad N/Jönköping and follow road 26 towards Jönköping. Continue past Hyltebruk then turn off at the sign for Långaryd. You will find Charlottenlund at the Remma/Strömhult crossroads.
