Tjolöholm Castle has offered first-class food and wine experiences for many generations. The menus are composed using inspiration from local produce, game from the woods surrounding the manor as well as exclusive delicacies from far away countries.
Coffee and snacks as well as weekend lunches inspired by traditional Swedish home-style cooking and the earth in Halland are served in Storstugan.
Tjolöholm Castle is the foremost Arts and Crafts facility in Sweden with a 16th century British castle, a garden facing the sea, castle church and peasant village.

Shops, food and drink
In summertime your can purchase postcards, books and souvenirs with connection to the castle in the castle shop at Tjolöholm, located in Ridhuset Manegen. This is also where you can purchase yearly passes and tickets to the exhibitions and guided castle tours.
Nice and cosy cafeteria in Storstugan, with main courses and a seasonal selection of cakes, waffles and pastries served all the year round. You can also order a picnic basket.
Weddings, celebrations and catering
Storybook weddings are arranged with solemn wedding ceremonies held in the castle church, on the magnificent Castle lawn by the sea or in the castle hall with a crackling fire in the background.
When your wedding is inside the castle, the bridal toast is enjoyed on the terrace facing the sea. First-class food is served in the castle dining room, before the dancing starts in the great hall. The dining room in the castle will hold up to 90 guests, and when using both the dining room and the hall there is room for up to 130 guests.
In the national romanticism-inspired Storstugan your wedding is celebrated in a cosy setting with views of the Halland landscape. Storstugan is suitable for parties with up to 60 guests.
Accommodation
At the manor we offer accommodation with a culturally historic experience. You are welcome to book a romantic event with champagne, fruit, chocolate and flowers.
Stay in the picturesque Grindstugan, the most exclusive suite at Tjolöholm with fireplace and views over the beachside fields.
Accommodation is also available in Storstugan’s state apartment, with its large inviting wooden bathtub.
In Allmogebyn you’ll stay in a house decorated in genuine turn of the century style with a four poster bed, tiled fireplace and wood burning stove, with your own private garden.
